What Our Customers Can Expect From Us

  1. We will answer the phone when you call or quickly return your call if we are already on the phone or out of signal. There are alternative phone numbers to call if one of us cannot get to the phone.
  2. We will show up when we say we will be there.
  3. We will be respectful and courteous.
  4. We will communicate clearly so our customers know exactly what we are doing and why.
  5. We will give priority to people who are out of house water.
  6. We will buy the best quality products we know how to for the application.
  7. Customers will be billed a minimum of one hour per service call. Hourly rate is $120 an hour and $90 for an apprentice and billed from when we leave the shop to when we return to the shop.
  8. Verbal estimates will be given when asked for but are not binding. We can supply a written bid that is binding if requested.
  9. All material will be warrantied parts and labor for one year.
  10. Certain components carry a manufacturers warranty greater than one year such as tanks and pumps, and will be warrantied with labor added.
